Words Both Bless and Curse

     It is  is a true saying that the pen is mightier than the sword.  Words have immense power, especially to those who understand their power. 

     Wise people are careful with their words and foolish people are reckless with theirs.  God said the power of life and death is in the tongue.  When one speaks kindly to someone it is speaking life to them, and when one speaks harshly one speaks death. 

        By the blessing of the upright the city is exalted: but it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked.  Proverbs 11:11
